It has been over a couple of months since I was last able to post to this website but, thankfully, a new progammer finally cracked the problem.

We did look at redesigning the website as the programme behind this one is quite old but, even with a new programme, it was not able to offer what I wanted so here we are, back with the original. However, it is now able to accept higher resolution images so the overall quality of the photos is improved. Over the next few weeks, there will be other amendments but there is no urgency now, so will be dealt with as and when.

Anyway, not wishing to go through the last two months of photography in detail, here are a few highlights - well, that is what I think. No explanation, just photos.

Marsh Tit at Barnwell CP

Nuthatch at Barnwell CP

Grey Plover at Brancaster Staithe Norfolk

Chinese Water Deer in fields behind Titchwell Village Norfolk

Just did not believe what I was seeing in the middle of an open field as they usually hide in reedbeds.

Barn Owl at Welney WWT Norfolk

Coot at Welney WWT Doing a runner after a fight and the winner looking to join the Royal Ballet.

Greenshank at Thornham Norfolk

Green Sandpiper at Lemsford Springs Hertfordshire

They feed on shrimps and need to disgorge the shells etc, in pellets.

Great Spotted Woodpecker at Kettlestone Woods Norfolk

Marsh Tit at Kettlestone Woods Norfolk

That is a brief synopsis of my activities. The next blog entry will be back to my usual style.

To those that have continued to visit this site during the lack of activity, my thanks for your continued support.
